CiTe llc is a multi-faceted company that specializes in the development of historical properties in New Orleans, Louisiana. Since 1999, CiTe's founders Patrick Tucker and Nichole Chauvin are capable of planning, financing, marketing, designing and completing development projects ranging in different sizes, styles and budgets, but all maintaining their original and unique New Orleans character. From a Victorian Eastlake 4-plex to a 25,000 square foot Turn of the Century Urban School House, from the historic French Quarter to garden neighborhoods of Uptown, CiTe llc, has consistently designed and implemented successful development projects possessing individual style and great attention to detail. Nichole Chauvin and Patrick Tucker are both licensed architects in the states of Louisiana and New York. Both have received Bachelor Degrees of Architecture from Louisiana State University, and Master Degrees of Architecture from Syracuse University in Florence Italy where they lived and studied architectural history and urban planning. After schooling, Nichole and Patrick lived and practiced architecture in Manhattan. Patrick worked in the offices of Perkins-Eastman and Montroy-Anderson while Nichole worked in the offices of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Voorsanger & Associates. Nichole has also worked in the office of Lee Ledbetter Architects in New Orleans. In addition, Patrick Tucker is a licensed real estate agent with Property New Orleans. This unique combination of experiences and a love for architecture has helped CiTe llc maintain quality and control in all of its projects without compromising a buildings character and style. |
